Greenwich Day Out

17:00
If you follow my instagram, you would have seen that over the last few days all I have been posting is pictures from my little day tip to Greenwich with Lauren from Lauren Del Guercio. To begin our trip we parked in the Greenwich park car park, if you've been to Greenwich before you'll know that the car park is on a very tall, very steep and sweat inducing hill. Which inevitably you have to walk back up after going down, which if you're as unfit as me will include A LOT of panting.

Greenwich has one of the best markets I have been to, mainly because of the food but it does have some cute vintage stalls and even shops surrounding.

What you can't see to the left of this picture is all the amazing food stalls, the food ranged from English, Chinese, Indian, Italian and many more. I opted for the stall selling brioche hot dog buns with either your choice of pulled pork or beef brisket topped with a coleslaw and sauce. I got to say it was delicious. My mouth is watering just thinking about it now.

Fun fact: after finishing this food my Lucozade exploded all over me.

After eating our main course Lauren and I explored the market, finding the pancake stall I had recently visited last year and I was desperate to find it again. If you're a fan of pancakes I highly recommend visiting this market, because the pancakes are MINIATURE pancakes. You can chose small, medium or large (size depending on how many little pancakes you get), one topping and one sauce. So naturally we went for strawberries and milk chocolate and it was just as amazing as the first time I had it. Each little pancake was like a cloud wrapped in chocolate goodness.

If you have the chance to explore Greenwich I really urge you do to so. The borough it full with history and culture. We walked around and found little shops and town houses with the Cutty Sark just round the corner.

I feel like a proper blogger now I have some outfit pics down a pretty London road. I thought the pink houses were the perfect setting to capture the essence of Greenwich.

I just went for a casual but girly look for my trip round Greenwich, denim a-line skirt with a graphic Tee, bomber and backpack. One of my favourite outfits for going around exploring.

Jacket - Topman
